Retail Manager – JURA (Garden Mall)

What is the role about?

Drive and achieve store sales targets through effective leadership and customer engagement.
Ensure the store is consistently clean, well-presented, and visually merchandised in line with Jura brand standards.
Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and inventory control to minimize losses and ensure availability.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operational compliance.
Train, coach, and develop staff to maintain excellent product knowledge of Jura coffee machines, accessories, and services.
Ensure professional grooming and presentation standards are consistently met by all staff.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong passion for the coffee industry, with existing coffee knowledge or a genuine interest in learning about coffee and coffee machines.
Excellent sales, leadership and customer service skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Well-presented, professional, and detail-oriented.
Willingness and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and retail trading hours.
