Retail Operation Executive

We’re Hiring: Retail Operation Executive Lead. Build. Drive Growth with Aihome

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

-Oversee daily retail operations and ensure smooth execution across all outlets.

-Drive and grow sales by motivating and guiding the sales team toward their targets.

-Resolve retail customer issues and team member challenges with confidence and professionalism.

-Plan, organize, and execute roadshows, events, and sales campaigns to boost traffic and revenue.

-Recruit, train, and develop retail sales crew to build a strong front-line team.

-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide sales team coaching.

-Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify opportunities and make smart decisions.

-Prepare and maintain operation reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

-Organize and lead training sessions to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and service standards.

-Work closely with management to align retail execution with company goals and campaigns.


What We’re Looking For:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.

-Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or a supervisory role.

-Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team.

-Knowledge of retail operational processes, sales strategies, and performance tracking.

-Hands-on experience with roadshow planning, campaign execution, and recruitment.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and analysis.

-A problem solver with strong people skills and a passion for growth.

-Energetic, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-moving retail environment.
