Retail Sale Assistant - Imago Shopping Mall

About the role

Are you a natural in sales and passionate about providing excellent customer service? As a Retail Sales Assistant at Imago Shopping Mall, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, you'll be an integral part of the team, connecting customers with the perfect pair of shoes or accessories. What you'll be doing

-Providing friendly and attentive service to all customers, determining their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations

-Maintaining excellent product knowledge to confidently discuss features and benefits with customers

-Handling cash, cards, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently

-Ensuring the store is well-presented and merchandised according to Tomaz Shoes (Retail) standards

-Assisting with stock management, receiving deliveries, and replenishing shelves

-Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed


What we're looking for

-Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

-Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle cash and payments accurately

-A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation

-A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

-A team player mentality and the willingness to support your colleagues as needed
