Position : Retail Sales Assistant
Salary : RM 2,500 – RM 3,000
Working Day : 6 days per week, 8 hours per day (10am-6pm)
Location : Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary
We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant who is passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and customer experience. This position blends retail operations and social media content creation, offering a vibrant role within our growing creative environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage daily retail operations, including sales, customer engagement, and cash handling.
• Provide styling advice and maintain strong product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
• Assist in store display and merchandising to align with brand presentation standards.
• Participate in social media content creation (e.g., styling videos, lifestyle posts, product showcases).
• Monitor and report daily and weekly sales performance.
• Support store events, pop-ups, and new launches.
• Communicate closely with internal teams regarding stock, feedback, and campaign needs.

Requirements
• Passionate about fashion, branding, and creative retail.
• Confident and comfortable being featured in social media content.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work on weekends/public holidays when required.
• Prior experience in retail or fashion sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
