Requirements

SPM / Diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
Passionate in sales and fashion/lifestyle products
Friendly, presentable, and good communication skills
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus (for Mandarin-speaking customers)
Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits
Ensure merchandise is well displayed and the store is kept tidy at all times
Support daily store operations such as stock handling, cashiering, and visual merchandising
Assist in achieving individual and store sales targets
Handle after-sales service professionally
