Retail Sales Associate, Dyson (loi Mall, Putrajaya)

Requirements
-Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus (for Mandarin-speaking customers)
-SPM / Diploma or equivalent
-Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
-Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
-Passionate in sales and fashion/lifestyle products
-Friendly, presentable, and good communication skills
-Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities
-Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers
-Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
-Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits
-Ensure merchandise is well displayed and the store is kept tidy at all times
-Support daily store operations such as stock handling, cashiering, and visual merchandising
-Assist in achieving individual and store sales targets
-Handle after-sales service professionally
