Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
•Deliver warm, thoughtful, and professional service in line with Japanese Omotenashi standards
•Guide wedding couples in selecting engagement rings and wedding bands, including those at early stages of wedding planning
•Create a memorable and meaningful in-store experience for every customer
•Follow structured sales and service flows while achieving individual and team sales targets
Training & Development
•Participate actively in daily roleplay sessions and ongoing training
•Continuously learn product knowledge, bridal industry insights, Japanese service etiquette, and jewellery expertise
•Complete structured training (2–3 months) before independently serving the first customer
Store Operations & Brand Activities
•Support daily store operations, including stock handling and store presentation
•Assist in wedding expos, roadshows, and brand marketing events
•Maintain positive relationships with customers and corporate partners
Requirements
Experience & Background
•Fresh university graduates are welcome
•Experience in hospitality, cabin crew, hotel service, bridal industry, luxury retail, or Japanese culture–related roles is an advantage
•Office-based candidates seeking a career change into customer-facing roles are welcome
Skills & Personal Attributes
•Strong service mindset with a warm, caring, and customer-first attitude
•Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese
•Positive personality, good smile, and professional demeanour
•Enjoys teamwork and structured service environments
•Strong learning ability and good memory (training is intensive and knowledge-heavy)
Grooming & Professional Standards
•No visible tattoos (tattoos must be fully covered by uniform if any)
•Able to meet strict grooming, hairstyle, makeup, and dress code standards
•Contact lenses allowed; spectacles may not be preferred
Working Hours & Arrangement
•5 working days per week (shift-based)
•9 hours per shift including 1-hour break.
•Probation period: 6 months
