Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role with an aptitude for sales
具有零售或客户服务岗位的相关经验，具备销售能力

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a cheerful & friendly disposition
良好的沟通和人际交往能力，性格开朗友好

• Ability to build and maintain good rapport with customers to promote a positive brand image and encourage customers to engage with it
能够与客户建立并保持良好的关系, 以便积极宣传品牌形象，并鼓励顾客与品牌互动

• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain and promote items
掌握扎实的产品知识，自信地介绍和推广商品

• Basic computer skills, with some knowledge of POS systems
基本的计算机技能，了解部分POS系统操作

• Recommend suitable products based on customer preference
根据顾客偏好推荐合适的产品

• Keep the outlet neat and presentable through basic housekeeping
通过基本的清洁工作，保持门店整洁、美观

• Conduct routine inventory checks and prepare daily sales report
进行例行库存检查，并编制每日销售报告

• Ensure all stock is accurately priced
确保所有库存 都有准确的价格标示

Job Requirements 岗位要求：

• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and standard retail hours
愿意在周末、公共假日和标准零售时间工作

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
所需语言：马来西亚语、华语和英语。

• Prior customer service experience is a plus
有客户服务经验者优先

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with people
性格友好、外向，热衷于与人互动

• Good product handling skills
良好的产品处理技能

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
