Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a background in a sales-driven
environment.
. Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and retail best practices.
. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate
diverse audiences.
. A passion for our honey brand values, including sustainability and natural ingredients.
. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
