Qualifications
-At least SPM holder or equivalent
-Must able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Must be to commit rotational shift works: 10am to 6:30pm or 1:30pm to 10pm
-Must be able to work on weekends & Public Holidays

Job responsibilities
-Greet customers warmly and provide professional product consultation.
-Understand customer needs, recommend suitable furniture and design solutions.
-Demonstrate product features, quality, and usage (e.g., sofa comfort, material durability).
-Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on delivery / installation.
-Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
-Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
-Handle basic customer service issues (returns, warranty, after-sales support).
-Update product knowledge (styles, materials, promotions, trends).
-Assist with stock checks and coordinate with warehouse/logistics.
-Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and roadshows when required.
