Retail Store Assistant

Responsibilities
* Attend to customers and provide product recommendations.
* Sell mobile phones, phone accessories, and related products.
* Maintain good knowledge of mobile phone brands, models, specifications, and functions.
* Handle stock receiving, checking, recording, and inventory management.
* Promote products through TikTok and live selling.
* Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
* Ensure the shop is well-organised and properly maintained.
* Perform other duties related to shop and sales operations.

Requirements
*3 years or more experience in mobile phone retail sales is preferred.
* Good knowledge of mobile phone models, brands, functions, and specifications.
* Experience in mobile phone and accessories sales.
* Knowledge of stock/inventory management.
* Familiar with TikTok selling and TikTok Live.
* Social media management experience is an advantage.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Responsible, proactive, and sales oriented.
