Retail Store Assistant

Qualifications
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
-Friendly, patient, and passionate about helping families and children.
-Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin.
-Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
-Responsible, punctual, and takes initiative.
-Possess own transport to work.

Job Responsibilities:
-Deliver warm, professional, and attentive customer service to parents and children.
-Provide accurate product recommendations and uphold Teemi's brand values.
-Maintain store presentation ensure all displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
-Handle cashiering duties and support smooth daily operations.
-Manage stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory accuracy.
-Support in-store promotional events, product demos, and community engagement activities.
-Assist in storeroom organization and ensure smooth stock flow between warehouse and store.
-Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
