Retail/Sales Associate (Sunway Pyramid)

Job description:

- To achieve outlet daily/monthly sales target, recognize sales opportunities and ability to maximize the sales opportunity via up and cross selling.
-Establish long-term relationships with customers, improve customer buying interest and build the brand confidence.
- Act as brand ambassador to portray professional and high level of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- To achieve monthly sales target given by superior.
- Provide excellent customer services to enrich the customer shopping experience in our retail stores.
- Interact with customers by providing comprehensive product information and propose gift ideas to customers for any occasion.
- Able to do product articulations and demonstration to customers.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensuring all merchandise are properly displayed.
- Process sales quotations, orders & deliveries, handle inventory related works, if any.
