Job Title: Retention Officer
Location: (Rusila) Marang, Terengganu
Salary:
RM1,700 – RM1,900 + Commission
Training:

-9 Working Days

-Online / Marang

-Sunday – Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Hours:

-Sunday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

-Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

-Off on Friday if weekly target achieved

What You’ll Do:

-Call customers who plan to cancel

-Offer better deals to keep them

-Process daily orders and update status

-Hit daily retention targets

-Listen, solve problems, and retain customers
