RMA Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented RMA Executive to manage stock accuracy and ensure a smooth return merchandise authorization (RMA) process. This role focuses on day-to-day inventory control, coordinating stock movements, and handling product returns efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory operations, be able to troubleshoot stock discrepancies, and work closely with internal teams and to streamline RMA processing.



Job Mission:

To ensure efficient inventory control and seamless Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes by maintaining accurate stock records, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing product returns and warranty claims. This role aims to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction through effective inventory management and streamlined RMA handling.



Job Description:

Inventory Management

Recording stock movements in inventory management systems

Performing routine stock checks and cycle counts

Ensuring proper labeling and organization of inventory

Updating stock reports and maintaining accurate records

Checking received goods for accuracy and quality

RMA Management

Helping with packing, labelling, when needed

Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently.

Ensure returned items are inspected, processed, and recorded accurately.

Receive and process all RMA’s (product returns and repairs)

Maintain current RMA processes, with constant attention to measurable and continuous improvement.

Organize on-time shipments of replacement and/or repaired customer products

Utilize system to manage end to end RMA process

Acts as liaison between RMA teams and customer service teams to provide outstanding service



Job Requirement:

Strong understanding in RMA, electronics repair or reversed logistic, preferably in the electronics industry.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and generate reports for inventory and RMA trends.

Knowledge of quality control and return policies.

High sense of responsibility and dedication to completing tasks accurately.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents in English. Mandarin communication skills are a plus.
