Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Revenue Growth
-Manage and grow assigned enterprise and channel accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
-Identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand adoption of MaiStorage enterprise SSD and storage solutions.
-Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and account development plan.
-Maintain regular engagement with key customer stakeholders to understand business needs and infrastructure plans.

2. Enterprise Customer Engagement
-Build and maintain relationships with key customers including:
-Enterprise IT organizations
-System integrators and technology partners
-Data center operators
-Financial institutions and large enterprises
-Government and GLC organizations
-Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product information, and commercial discussions.

3. Solution Positioning & Sales Support
-Work closely with solution consultants, FAEs, and technical teams to propose suitable storage solutions based on customer requirements.
-Support technical discussions and product presentations related to:
-Enterprise SSD
-Data center storage solutions
-AI infrastructure storage
-Assist customers in evaluating and adopting MaiStorage storage technologies.

4. Partner & Channel Development
-Maintain strong relationships with system integrators, distributors, and OEM partners.
-Support partners in identifying opportunities to deploy enterprise SSD and storage infrastructure solutions.
-Participate in joint customer engagements with partners to expand market reach.

5. Market & Opportunity Development
-Identify new opportunities within assigned industries including AI infrastructure, enterprise data centers, and digital transformation projects.
-Support MaiStorage participation in industry events, partner engagements, and technology discussions.
-Contribute market insights on customer requirements and competitive developments.

6. Proposal & Sales Coordination
-Coordinate quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation for customer opportunities.
-Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, delivery schedules, and technical support requirements.
-Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
-Revenue achievement against assigned targets
-Growth of assigned customer accounts/sectors
-Sales pipeline development and conversion rate
-Number of new opportunities identified within accounts/sectors

Qualifications
Education
-Bachelor’s degree in:
-Computer Engineering
-Computer Science
-Information Technology
-Business Administration

Experience
-3–8 years of experience in enterprise IT sales or account management.
-Experience in enterprise storage, servers, data center infrastructure, or AI infrastructure solutions is preferred.
-Experience working with enterprise customers, system integrators, or technology partners.

Key Skills
