Sales Account Manager (Remote Working)

Job Responsibilities：
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.

Identify and develop potential customers such as OEMs, EMS, and ODMs to achieve assigned sales targets.

Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Respond to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs), provide timely and competitive quotations, and actively follow up to secure orders.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements：
Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the electronic components distribution industry.

Positive attitude, strong learning mindset, and self-motivated.

Good communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently in a remote working environment, with proven track record in handling distributors or similar accounts.

Work Location: Remote (Based in Penang, Malaysia)

Working Days: 5 days per week

Salary Range:

Basic Salary: MYR 5,000 – MYR 7,000

Commission: Uncapped commission scheme
