Job Description
SPECIFIC DUTIES & TASK :

· Sales Order Management:
-Process incoming sales orders for deionized water and car care products.
-Ensure accurate entry of order details, including product customization requests (e.g., labeling).
-Communicate job specifications and special customization requests to the production department.
-Coordinate with the production team to manage stock levels, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
-Confirm order details with customers, including pricing, delivery expectations, and payment terms.
· Customer Service and Relationship Management:
-Act as a liaison between clients (e.g., car manufacturers, petrol stations, workshops) and internal teams to resolve queries or issues.
-Provide regular updates to customers on order status, expected delivery dates, and payment requirements.
-Handle after-sales service, such as product feedback and directing complaints to relevant departments.
· Quotation and Invoicing:
-Prepare and send quotations to customers for standard and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product offerings.
-Liaise with the sales team to generate and issue accurate invoices to customers.
· Support Sales and Marketing Efforts:
-Assist the sales department with administrative tasks, including preparing presentations for potential new customers.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to provide sales feedback that can improve marketing strategies and customer engagement.
· Record Keeping:
-Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of customer orders, invoices, and payment statuses.
-Track the sales pipeline, ensuring all customer interactions are documented and follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.
KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILL ESSENTIAL:
(The person must have already equipped with such knowledges or skills in order to perform the roles.)
· Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (additional languages a plus).
· Sales & Administrative Experience: At least 2 years in a similar sales support or administrative role, ideally in na B2B environment.
· Technical Skills:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales/order management software.
-Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee) is a plus.
· Customer Relations: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and build long-term relationships.
· Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and experience in handling high-volume order processing.
KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILL DESIRABLE:
· Experience in the automotive or industrial product sector, particularly in working with OEM partnerships.
· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, competitive environment and contribute ideas to streamline order processing and customer service.
MINIMUM PERFORMANCE STANDAND AND/OR KEY PERFORMANCE:

· Number of processed orders per month (accuracy and timeliness).
· Customer satisfaction levels (based on feedback).
· Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets in collaboration with the sales team.
· Reduction of order fulfillment errors (especially for customized orders).
