Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team

Process sales orders and maintain accurate records

Coordinate with internal teams regarding order status and customer requests

Prepare sales documents, invoices, and reports

Update and maintain customer information in the system

Assist with general office administrative tasks

Support communication between sales team and customers when required



Requirements

Diploma and above in any relevant courses

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

Willing to learn and grow with the team

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, email, etc.)

Good communication and teamwork skills
