Supporting sales team & sales operation through administrative coordination & customer-facing task



Job description:

Coordinate with suppiers and customers to ensure smooth order flow.

Maintain accurate customer records, orders and sales databases

Arrange stock delivery with warehouse or transporters

Coordinate with others internal department: Logistic, finance, operation

Handle custom clearance.

Perform regular stock checks and record updates.

Communicate mainly via email, and by phone when matters are urgent.

■MUST TO HAVE:

At least 2 years’ experience in sales admin experience or sales support or sales coordinator

Experience in handling order processing / sales administration tasks

Experience in coordinating with suppliers or customers

Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Point)

■PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage) - Have will be plus point

Japanese company experience

Sales admin experience in trading company

Knowledge of ISOP system


Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
