Sales Admin / Sales Support

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage full spectrum of order processing.
-Prepare and issue a wide variety of shipping documents from in-house system.
-Prepare and issues Credit and Debit Note.
-Provide various administrative support to the sales team.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
-Monitor blanket orders and indent orders are fulfilled
-Check delivery documents and upload all delivery orders to app/portal for daily delivery.
-Maintain and update customer list and price list
-Create certificate of analysis with delivery information for QC to update.
-Address phone calls and enquiries
-Maintain proper and neat filing system.



Job Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or sales administration role
-SPM / Diploma in Administration or relevant experiences
-Ability to multitask
-Strong attention to details
