Job Description

Qualifications & experience
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related filed.
-At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit and CRM software.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
-Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanour.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
-Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues professionally.
-Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales reporting tools.

Tasks & responsibilities
-Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of product to customers.
-Prepare and send out quotation to clients based on their requirements and in coordination with the sales team.
-Serve as a point of contact for customers inquiries, providing information on products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
-Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging product demonstrations, and following up on leads.
-Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure availability of product for timely delivery.
-Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the sales team or management.
-Follow up on invoices and payments for sales transactions, working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy.
-Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing travel arrangements, preparing expenses reports, and scheduling meetings.
-Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
