Requirements

-Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals efficiently.

Responsibilities
-Promote and sell motorcycles through showroom visits, TikTok Live, and other social media platforms.
-Conduct engaging live sessions to showcase motorcycle features, specifications, and promotions.
-Attend to customer inquiries both online and in-store, providing product recommendations based on their needs.
-Assist customers with the full sales process from product selection, test rides, to completing purchase paperwork.
-Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
-Keep updated with the latest motorcycle models, prices, and promotions.
-Ensure the showroom and display area are neat, attractive, and ready for customer visits.
-Work closely with the marketing team to create social media content and online campaigns.
