Sales and Marketing Executive

Requirements
-Proven sales experience (preferably in training, education, or professional services).
-Strong understanding of soft skills and communication training services.
-Exceptional communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
-Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
-Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
-Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities
-Identify and approach potential clients, including corporations, educational institutions, and individuals who require soft skills and communication training.
-Conduct sales presentations and proposals.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
-Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
-Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
-Provide market insights and competitor updates.
-Work closely with training and operations teams.
-Maintain accurate CRM records.
