Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
-Develop and execute sales strategies to increase export and import volumes.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
-Negotiate contracts and terms of sale.
-Provide excellent customer service and support.

Marketing:
-Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote products and services.
-Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their needs.
-Manage social media and online presence.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Export Management:
-Understand and comply with customs regulations and export restrictions.
-Handle import-export documentation and paperwork.
-Manage logistics and transportation of goods.
-Troubleshoot any issues related to international trade.

Other:
-Prepare reports and presentations on sales and marketing activities.
-Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
-Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company's export business.
