Sales Assistant Needed – Perfume Shop (Butterworth, Penang)

We are looking for a confident, friendly and sales-oriented candidate to join our team as a Sales Assistant at our perfume retail store.

Job Details:

Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Butterworth, Penang
Basic Salary: RM1,700 + Sales Commission
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist and serve customers in the store
Promote and recommend perfume products
Help to achieve sales targets
Create social media content (Facebook / TikTok / Instagram)
Participate in LIVE sales (if required)
Support product promotions and marketing activities

Requirements:

Friendly personality with good communication skills
Active on social media (added advantage)
Interest in perfumes and sales
Responsible and hardworking attitude
Retail experience is an advantage but not required
