Requirements
-Genuine passion for branded / luxury products
-Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
-Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media
-Proactive, responsible, and results-driven
-Able to work weekends and assist in live-streaming sessions
-Strong team player with a positive, customer-first mindset
-Education: Diploma or above (Fresh Graduates Welcome!)
-Languages ​​Required: Mandarin, Fluent Bahasa Malaysia & English
-Skills required: Customer Service, Communication Skills, Sales Support, Administrative Assistance and CRM Software

Responsibilities
-Engage and build relationships with customers while introducing products professionally
-Handle inquiries, transactions, and provide top-quality after-sales service
-Achieve individual and team sales targets
-Support VIP membership programs and bundle promotions
-Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and live stream performance
