Responsibilities:

* Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner

* Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling of items or services at the point of service.

* Welcome customers to the store with a pleasant smile

* Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales

* Be able to look for innovative ways to improve customer experience

* Understand customer’s needs and latest industry news and trends

* Ensure the Brand’s image is portrayed positively at all times

* Assist in general cleaning, price tagging, coding, storage and display of merchandise



Requirements:

* Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter in fashion industry

* Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as these positions are shop-base

* Sales-driven and result-oriented person

* Possess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashion

* Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff
