Sales Associate - Retail

Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist customers warmly, providing high-quality service while identifying and understanding their needs to achieve sales targets.

-Perform daily operational tasks including receiving and inspecting incoming stock, product shelving and display, replenishment, returns processing, and loss prevention measures.

-Manage assigned product categories, ensuring product safety, adequate inventory levels, regular stocktaking, timely maintenance, and loss control.

-Keep designated areas clean and well-organized; ensure a neat personal appearance in line with brand image.

-Take responsibility for replenishing stock, maintaining appealing product displays, and ensuring all merchandise is presented in accordance with brand guidelines.

-Responsible for achieving overall store sales goals.

-Support the store manager in various auxiliary tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

-All other duties or projects as assigned.


Requirements:

-Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or above.

-Prior experience in retail is highly preferred.

-Strong sense of responsibility, patience in customer interactions, and the ability to endure a physically demanding work environment.

-Outgoing and positive attitude with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

-Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrate ownership, and grow alongside the organization.
