For Bata Retail Store -

-Greeting customers and offering assistance.

-Determine customers’ needs or preferences.

-Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences.

-Demonstrating how products work.

-Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience.

-Stay up to date with merchandise and informing customers about sales, promotions and awareness of Bata loyalty program (Bata Club).

-Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise and monitoring sales floor.

-Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.

Schedule:

-Afternoon shift
