Description
Client Consultation:
· Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
· Visit sites, assess requirements, and offer design advice.
· Provide tailored recommendations.

Design Creation:
· Create 2D/3D designs using software (Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
· Develop floor plans and layouts.
· Choose materials, finishes, and colors.

Sales & Product Knowledge:
· Present design ideas and product options to clients.
· Recommend furniture and cabinetry solutions.
· Ensure products meet customer needs and design goals.

Project Management:
· Coordinate design process and follow up with clients.
· Work with operations and installation teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Customer Service:
· Build and maintain client relationships.
· Address queries and ensure satisfaction.

Sales Targets & Reporting:
· Meet sales goals and keep accurate records.
· Report progress to management.

Market & Industry Knowledge:
· Stay updated on design trends and new products.
