Sales Consultant (Wellness & Sauna Centre)

-Provide professional consultation and introduce wellness packages, memberships, and services to walk-in customers.

-Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

-Follow up on customer enquiries, WhatsApp leads, and appointments.

-Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through product knowledge and customer engagement.

-Assist in daily outlet operations — including reception, appointment coordination, and simple cashiering.

-Work closely with the outlet manager to organize promotions, campaigns, and health events.

-Handle customer feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
