POSITION｜招聘职位
Sales Consultant / Retail Sales Assistant 销售顾问 / 门店销售员

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES｜工作内容
• Welcome and assist customers in-store 主动接待顾客并提供良好的购物体验
• Recommend suitable outfits and products 根据顾客需求推荐服装及穿搭
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets 积极完成个人及门店销售目标
• Maintain good customer service 提供良好的顾客服务
• Arrange merchandise and maintain store displays 整理商品及保持店铺陈列
• Assist with stock checking and inventory 协助库存检查及盘点
• Handle cashier and basic daily sales records 协助收银及每日基本销售记录
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation 保持店铺整洁及良好形象
• Follow company SOP, roster and store rules 遵守公司 SOP、排班及门店规定
• Support roadshows, promotions or other outlets when required 有需要时配合 Roadshow、促销活动或其他门店支援

REQUIREMENTS｜职位要求
• Friendly, responsible and punctual 友善、有责任感、准时
• Confident in communicating with customers 愿意主动与顾客沟通
• Interested in fashion and retail 对时尚及零售行业有兴趣
• Sales-driven and willing to achieve targets 有销售意识，愿意挑战销售目标
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays 可配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作
• Retail / fashion experience is an advantage 有零售或服装销售经验者优先
• Fresh graduates / candidates without experience are welcome 欢迎毕业生及无经验者申请
• Training will be provided 公司提供培训
