Sales Consultant

Key responsibilities
-Source and generate new leads through advertising, social media, networking and referrals.
-Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
-Recommend suitable property projects and investment options.
-Handle the sales process from initial enquiry to closing.
-Keep updated on project details, pricing, promotions and market trends.
-Achieve individual sales targets and maximise sales opportunities.

About you
-Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field
-Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated, target-driven and consistent in customer follow-up
-Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required for viewings, events or launches
-Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay.
-Property or sales experience is an advantage
-Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automotive sales, luxury retail or customer service is an advantage
