Job Description
Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Logistics for order fulfilment
Monitor order progress and update customers on delivery status
Ensure proper documentation and record accuracy in ERP system
Customer Coordination
Act as primary contact for order status and support renewal coordination
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Escalate technical or commercial issues to relevant teams
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution
Ensure clear communication of customer requirements and order details
