SALES CUM DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

Indoor Sales/Marketing Support :-
1)Customer engagement: Answer incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and instant messaging platforms like WhatsApp.

2)Sales process management: Assist Senior Sales Executive, prepare and follow up on sales quotations, process orders, and assist with other sales documentation.

3)Lead qualification: Identify and qualify potential sales leads by understanding customer needs and answering product questions.

4)Customer relationship management: Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with current information on sales activities and customer feedback.

5)Customer satisfaction: Coordinate with the operations or logistics team to ensure smooth order delivery and provide after-sales support.

6)Interdepartmental coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as production or logistics, to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing Execution & Social Media:-
1)Content creation: Develop and create engaging content, such as graphics, videos, and captions, for the company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

2)Social media management: Manage and schedule posts on social media channels to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

3)Campaign assistance: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including online advertisements (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).

4)Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, such as leads and ad performance, and report findings to the management.

5)Website maintenance: Assist in updating website content using a content management system (CMS).
