Sales & Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and motivated full-time retail assistant to join our team in Kuching.

Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

* Assist customers professionally 专业协助顾客
* Reply customer enquiries 回复顾客咨询
* Handle luxury items and display area carefully 细心处理高端商品及陈列区域
* Assist in daily shop operations 协助店铺日常运营

Job Requirements 职位要求:

* Responsible and willing to learn 有责任感，愿意学习
* Communication skills in Chinese, basic Malay and English 需具备中文、基本马来语及英语沟通能力
* Positive attitude and punctual 态度积极，守时
