Sales & Customer Support Executive - Jelutong

Requirements
-Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
-Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
-Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
-Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic design or social media experience is a plus.
-Willing to work flexible hours during campaigns or events.

Responsibilities
-Conduct cold calls and online messaging to approach potential clients and generate new leads.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
-Share promotional materials and assist in creating content to attract customers.
-Assist in social media posting, content updates, and marketing promotions to increase visibility and engagement.
-Support event and campaign planning, including preparation, coordination, and customer follow-up.
-Maintain good relationships with clients, consignors, and partners to build long-term trust.
-Work closely with the team to meet sales and marketing objectives.
