About the Company
We’re working with a fast-growing, VC-backed AI startup building products for the legal and insurance ecosystem. Their platform uses AI to process complex, unstructured information and help professionals make faster, better decisions at scale.

They are already working with enterprise clients across APAC and are expanding their commercial footprint in the region.

The Role
This is a hybrid SDR role that goes beyond traditional outbound sales. You’ll be responsible for opening doors with enterprise clients while also helping build the company’s presence through content and events.

You will work closely with the founding team and play a key role in shaping early go-to-market efforts.

What You’ll Do

Sales Development (Core)
- Conduct highly targeted outreach to senior stakeholders (e.g. claims leaders, legal heads, COOs)
- Research accounts deeply to personalise messaging and identify key decision-makers
- Build and manage pipeline from first contact through to qualified meetings
- Handle early-stage objections and position the product effectively
- Support founders on proposals, demos, and follow-ups

Content & Brand (Secondary)
- Draft LinkedIn content and thought leadership pieces
- Create simple marketing assets (case studies, one-pagers, email sequences)
- Track engagement and iterate on messaging

Events & Partnerships (Secondary)
- Support small-scale industry events, roundtables, and meetups
- Help identify relevant conferences and manage follow-ups
- Build relationships within the local ecosystem

What They’re Looking For

Must-Have
- ~3–6 years experience in B2B sales / BD / client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to operate in ambiguity
- Strong research and problem-solving ability

Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to legal, insurance, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience with content creation or social selling
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Regional language skills are a plus
