Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1 Identify and develop new business opportunities for precision air conditioning solutions in data centers, enterprise customers, telecom operators, and industrial channel partners across ASEA

2 Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, system integrators, distributors, and OEM partners to drive sales growth and market penetration.

3 Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through proactive pipeline management and timely follow-up.

4 Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver comprehensive proposals, including system design, capacity planning, energy efficiency analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO).

5 Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners.

Support bidding processes by preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with engineering and pricing teams.

6 Work closely with marketing and product management to gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback for product improvement and positioning.

7 Monitor project execution and coordinate with delivery and service teams to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and customer satisfaction.

We expect you to have:

At least 2 years of experience in data center infrastructure, enterprise customers, telecom operators, or related industries.

Excellent customer communication, easily understandable value propositions for clients.

Basic proposal quotation skills, with proficiency in using Office tools

The ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

A proactive, results-driven attitude and willingness to travel for customer visits.

Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
