Sales Engineer

What We're Looking For:
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
-Sales experience in engineering/industrial field
-Excellent communication & negotiation skills
-Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
-Self-motivated, great communication & interpersonal skills, ambitious for career growth
-Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently
-Willing to travel and visit clients when required (own transport essential)
-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is preferred

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
-Meet clients onsite & understand their needs
-Propose engineering solutions & close deals
-Conduct client visits to understand technical requirements and provide suitable engineering solutions
-Achieve sales targets & expand market share
-Work closely with technical and management teams for support to ensure customer satisfaction
-Prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management
