Sales Engineer (Penang)

Requirements

Preferably with a Diploma or Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related technical field;
Must be able to speak and written in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
More 2 years experience in sales /business development preferably in the Automotive / Aerospace industries;
Strong communication, interpersonal and sales skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Highly self motivated & able to work independently, self-organized & result oriented.

Responsibilities

Product range: Pneumatic or Electrical power tools, abrasives, tapes & adhesives , Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs);
Identify, establish & cultivate strong business relationship with customers;
Manage and expand product range and usage in the assigned territory for sales growth;
Provide technical support and product demonstration, training and presentation to help customers discover and understand products/services;
Evaluate client application requirements and provide solutions;
Responsible for new accounts & new product development as well as maintaining existing customers;
Conduct regular visits/meetings with customers and attend verbal & written inquiries;
To achieve sales targets as set by the management;
Able to analyze market demand and competition.
