Sales Engineer (Safety Industry | B2B)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow nationwide outside sales activities for automation products, engineering services, consulting, and training solutions

Achieve assigned sales targets and execute account-specific sales strategies

Develop new business opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial customers

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify expansion opportunities

Prepare technical proposals and solution-based sales presentations

Collaborate closely with regional technical support, service engineering, inside sales, and marketing teams

Support marketing initiatives including seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and customer presentations

Gather customer insights and communicate market feedback to product teams

Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial automation, machinery safety, or related equipment industry

Strong solution selling and territory management skills

Proven B2B sales and business development capability

Good presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Willing to travel extensively within Malaysia; occasional Southeast Asia travel required
