Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, network building, and client visits.
-Present, demonstrate, and explain products to potential customers.
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Handle customer inquiries, provide support, and respond professionally to customer feedback.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance indicators set by the company.
-Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and purchase orders.
-Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer database.
-Cooperate with internal departments (such as marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Continuously learn about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
-Perform ad hoc tasks or participate in marketing and promotional activities.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum SPM, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
-At least 1–3 years of relevant sales experience.
-Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
-Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
-Must have own transportation and be willing to travel.
-Willing to work on weekends or public holidays.
