What You Will Do

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities within the healthcare sector and supporting hospital project sales.

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare facilities

Present company solutions to consultants, hospital management, and project stakeholders

Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic costing with guidance from management

Follow up with clients on sales opportunities, negotiations, and project progress

Maintain and update sales pipeline and client records

Project & Client Coordination

Work closely with internal teams including operations, production, and installation

Assist in coordinating project timelines and client requirements

Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams

Relationship & Market Development

Build long-term relationships with hospital decision-makers and consultants

Understand hospital project requirements and compliance standards

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required


Who We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, Healthcare, or related field

1–3 years of sales experience (B2B sales experience is an advantage)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Required language: English (Mandarin is an advantage)

Comfortable meeting clients and managing business discussions
