Sales Executive (Basic + Commission)

Job Responsibilities

- Develop new corporate clients across Malaysia through cold calls, door-to-door visits, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.

- Identify companies with active recruitment needs and approach HR, business owners, factory managers, and other decision-makers.

- Introduce JOBPD’s recruitment platform and recommend suitable recruitment packages based on client needs.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, presentation, follow-up, quotation, closing, to payment collection.

- Build and maintain a personal client pipeline and follow up regularly to convert prospects into paying customers.

- Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional purchases.

- Build long-term client relationships and improve customer retention.

- Achieve monthly sales, cash-in, and new client acquisition targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support sales and product improvements.



Job Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B, field, direct, corporate, or SaaS sales.

- Strong ability to independently source leads, conduct cold outreach, follow up, and close deals.

- Able to manage the full sales cycle and work towards sales targets.

- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with basic Bahasa Malaysia communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, resilience, and closing skills.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

- Comfortable with cold calls, door-to-door sales, and regular field visits.

- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel for client visits.
