Sales Executive/ Coordinator - Pets Channel

Responsibilities:

To plan, achieve sales budget and manage receivables with HOD;

Responsible for the continuous growth and profitability;

Maintain and nurture existing accounts with good customer support and relationship;

Attend clients’ enquiries and complaints professionally;

Develop, grow and manage new business/ marketing channels align with organization goals and objectives;

Assist and implement products and services Key Account Management loyalty programs;

Implement, control and focus by sales and marketing plan;

Ability with creative thinking on market intelligence information to the team;

Educating potential clients on company’s product and services;

Must have good customer service and ethical values.

Ensure timely collection and maintain healthy credit control within assigned accounts.

Monitor In-Store Execution Excellence, merchandising quality and competitor visibility in outlets.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree graduates or any professional certificate with sales experience are encouraged to apply;

Applicants must have sales experience preferably in animal health field;

Motivated and innovative;

Must be resourceful, initiative and proactive;

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage;

Possess own car with a valid driving license;

Based in Central (Petaling Jaya) and willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia.
