Sales Executive Designer

Requirements
-Possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate.
-Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
-Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Onsite position based in Kajang, requiring daily presence at the company's location.
-Responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers.
-Design kitchen cabinet layouts based on client specifications and preferences.
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and design process.

Responsibilities
-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
-Present, promote, and sell kitchen cabinet products and services to prospective customers using solid arguments to prospective customers.
-Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
-Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
-Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
-Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
-Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
-Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
-Continuously improve through feedback.
