Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the Sales/Techno Commercial Team to implement sustainable and strategic sales initiatives.

· Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

· Plan and coordinate promotional events, product demonstrations and frequent site visits.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

· Utilize CRM tools for efficient customer tracking and accurate sales forecasting.

· Support new product launches and provide regular market intelligence reports.



REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

· Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the agriculture sector (an added advantage).

· Proactive, results-driven, and possess a sales-growth Championship mindset.

· Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
