Sales Executive (Healthcare)


Key Responsibilities
• Sales:
o Generate and develop cold contacts within the wellness/healthcare industry
o Conduct cold calls and visits to prospects and customers
o Generate new customers and sales


• Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and wellness professionals.
o Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
o Keep customers updated on latest in-house and industry scientific developments on gut microbiome research.


• Sales Performance:
o Track and analyze sales performance against established KPIs.
o Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
o Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.


• Other responsibilities
o Provide customer success to maintain customer satisfaction and build long term relationships
o Any other responsibilities that management might assign Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in science or healthcare related field.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
